My stay at the hotel was truly pleasant. The room was comfortable, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was excellent. I had mistakenly booked the wrong dates for my stay, but Mr. Amila went above and beyond by promptly coordinating with Agoda and ensuring my booking was amended to the correct dates without any inconvenience to me. His professionalism and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. A big appreciation to Mr. Amila from the booking & reservations team for his outstanding service.

It features an outdoor café serving both hard and soft beverages, and parking is conveniently available for guests. The staff is friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant. However, the rooms are quite small, and both the room and bathroom accessories could use some updates. One major concern is that they rarely answer the phone—we tried calling more than ten times without success and eventually had to visit the apartment in person to make a booking.
